Short description During the moderated framework programme and the individually organised meetings within peer groups, the interested leaders reflect on their own leadership actions. In addition, they attend two events of their own choice from a range of impulse workshops on specific leadership topics (costs already included) and, based on this, develop solution strategies for challenging issues together in collegial counselling through intervision. In parallel, specific impulse workshops can be attended.

Goals The participants - reflect on their own leadership actions in peer groups on selected topics - professionalise their role as leaders - develop joint solution strategies for challenging issues in peer counselling through intervision - attend targeted impulse workshops on specific leadership topics during the course of the year, parallel to the regular intervision sessions, and continue their education systematically - work on their own personality profile (BIP © test, self-perception/perception of others)

Target audience Managers incl. matrix functions of the research institutions in the ETH Domain, whether in their role as project managers or as direct line managers. |

Methods Intervision: Assignment to groups on the occasion of the starting date. Subsequent participation according to the advertised workshops, further work in the intervision groups in small groups, individually organised, in the course of the year. Attend at least 2 of the workshops offered during the year. Pit stop and closing event for groups.

Catering This course does not include meals. However, the staff restaurant OASE also provides external visitors with inexpensive and tasty menus.

Further information Participants will be divided into small groups. The number of places in the workshops is limited as stated in the respective course description. For intervision participants, attendance of two workshops is included in the flat rate, additional workshops can be attended for CHF 450 per day or CHF 225 per half day.
