The participants
- gain extensive knowledge of all the methodical aspects of modern project management
- develop competence to successfully start, organise, plan and close projects
- develop a high degree of action competence in the area of leadership skills
- will be in a position to recognise the complexity of a project and to lead it accordingly
- improve the handling of uncertainty of projects

Target audience
Project managers and members of project teams.

A well-balanced proportion of theory and practice, plenary discussions and group work. Participants can work on their own project case studies
