Goals The participants - gain extensive knowledge of all the methodical
aspects of modern project management - develop competence to successfully start,
organise, plan and close projects - develop a high degree of action competence in
the area of leadership skills - will be in a position to recognise the complexity of a project and to lead it accordingly - improve the handling of uncertainty of
projects
