Short description
In the business world as well as in universities, power games and assertiveness strategies are gaining in importance with every career step. Did you ever happen to notice that “games” were being played to which you did not only not know the rules but also had no idea how to play along with?
This course reveals and decodes unspoken rules and behaviour patterns, guides you through a world full of scheming, traps and trick, and shows you how to achieve greater room for manoeuvre and increased assertiveness.
