Short description In the business world as well as in universities, power games and assertiveness strategies are gaining in importance with every career step. Did you ever happen to notice that “games” were being played to which you did not only not know the rules but also had no idea how to play along with?
This course reveals and decodes unspoken rules and behaviour patterns, guides you through a world full of scheming, traps and trick, and shows you how to achieve greater room for manoeuvre and increased assertiveness.

Goals The participants - are aware of possible obstacles on their career path - know the essential rules in power games and how to play along - are able to decide in any given power situation whether they want to participate in the game or not and thus gain more easiness and freedom of choice - are able to make themselves heard and listened to
