- Analysis of work habits and time behavior as well as
determination of time-stealers - Reflections on personal values, wishes and desires; development of
a live vision and definition of job-related and personal goals - Personal energy management and peak performance, mental
training - Time management methods and tools

Goals The participants - know their
personal time-stealers and how to counteract them - learn to
set realistic goals and how to prioritize - discover when they are at their best and learn how to deal with stressful situations - know different
methods and tools to plan their day/week
